Cape Fear Community College has visitor, employee, and student parking at all campus locations. It’s important to know where you can and can’t park as a student, employee, or visitor. Avoid getting a parking citation by making sure you read and follow the information on this site.<\/p>\n

Please note: Cars parked illegally may be towed. Employees, students, and visitors must park in authorized, marked CFCC parking spaces.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Metered parking is available near the Wilmington Campus. Time limits are enforced by the City of Wilmington. Please note, unless an ADA placard is displayed, ALL vehicles parked in metered, city spaces must pay for parking at the meter.<\/p>\n

How do I get a parking decal or hand tag?<\/h5>\n

Students and employees may fill out this form <\/a> and then visit the cashier’s office to pay for and pick up your parking decal. You can pay for and pick up your parking decal on the same day. You do have to get a parking pass every academic year. <\/p>\n

You may request a second parking pass if you have a second car. If you are driving a temporary car, you may request a temporary parking pass at the cashier window.<\/p>\n

For students, parking is included in the Parking\/Security\/College Access fee which is charged based on the total of in person credit hours the student is enrolled in each semester. For 1-6 credit hours the fee is $40 and for 7+ credit hours the fee is $75. All employees pay $10 quarterly via payroll deduction for parking.<\/p>\n

Parking passes can be picked up at the Downtown (Wilmington) campus, the North Campus, or the Surf City campus cashier’s office.<\/p>\n

Online Students<\/strong>: As a fully online student, you are not charged the parking fee. If you would like to get a parking pass, you can come to the business office and purchase a pass.<\/p>\n

How do I park in the Hanover Parking Deck?<\/h5>\n

CFCC’s Hanover Deck has 1,160 parking spaces, including 22 for ADA parking. There are two entrance\/exit areas. Access from 2nd Street is on the first level of the deck and access from Hanover Street is on the second level of the deck. <\/p>\n
